Joy is the second son of Paulose(Pailon) and Annakutty Thengumkudiyil of the Rajakumary branch. He married Celin. He is working in Christ University, Bangalore. He is the H.O.D. of the department of computer sciences. They have two children; Jissy Joy and Jianne Joy. Jissy is doing her first year medical science studies and Jianne is at 8th.
