Leena is the first daughter of Joseph and Pennamma Thengumkudiyil, Thekkinthandu. She is married to Joshy Koottungal, S/o Joseph & Mary. Joshy is a graduate in Hotel Management Studies. At present, he is working in Singapore. The couple is blessed with two children; Agiya and Agina.
